It doesn't matter what your fear...
Once triggered, your fears turn you from a well-balanced calm person to a fearful quivering wreck in less than the blink of an eye.
And it seems nothing can stop it happening. It doesn't matter how much you tell ourselves that everything's ok; how much you try and remain calm or what you try to do to keep your attention on the task...
Once that fear kicks in, the body reacts, your mind freezes over, the fear becomes all consuming, and you just want to get away from it...
