A) An ex-smoker that still craves cigarettes - or:
B) A non-smoker who doesn't give cigarettes a second thought?
If by chance you answered B) to the above question, then please read on to discover how my 'Three Steps to Stop-Smoking' hypnosis program can empower you to stop smoking for good.
Let's face it most smokers have encountered this problem more than once. A number of weeks after quitting for good, and then...
One tiny slip and all of your hard work is wasted!
Every one of those good intentions you set;
the cravings you resisted; the plans that you made,
and for what?
A couple of weeks away from cigarettes...
And every single time it happens, it seems OK at that moment to light up. Now why on earth would that happen?
One reason why, is because you 'think' you have an addictive dependency, and what's more, it functions at an unconscious level.
This means that no matter how strong your conviction at the beginning, your 'addiction' waits until you reach a low point, and then it happens...
All of a sudden you find yourself creating the most incredible explanations for why it's alright to 'just have one'.
The fact is, there's a significant difference between a smoker that's stopped smoking and a true non-smoker. Ex-smokers courageously resist cigarettes all the time, whilst non-smokers can't think of anything worse than having a cigarette.
You've probably overheard people who've quit smoking maybe 5 or 10 years ago and they still say: "Every time I go out for a drink I still want a cigarette"
When you're trying to stop smoking that can be a distressing thing to hear!
However it does basically suggest that the person only stopped smoking at the conscious level - Unconsciously, smoking continues to be a desirable idea for them.
Let's face it, if you're going to stop smoking, let's at least do the job the right way.
So what choices do we have for stopping smoking... well, there's nicotine patches and chewing gum, electronic cigarettes, inhalers and even a stop smoking drug. Plus there are lots of people out there ready to show you how to stop smoking - just look around on the internet to see what I mean.
But how effective are all of these different treatments?
According to the 'New Scientist' magazine:
"Hypnosis is the most effective method for giving up smoking."*
Back in 1992, the New Scientist Magazine revealed the results of a wide-ranging clinical study into the most effective 'giving-up smoking' methods.
The final analysis which combines the results from over 600 studies (more than 72,000 individual cases) demonstrated that compared to will-power alone a single session of hypnosis increases a smoker's chances of success by 500%!*
According to Christopher Pattinson, the academic Chairman of the British Society of Medical & Dental Hypnosis, who is quoted within the New Scientist report:
"The latest techniques achieve a success rate of upto 60% from a single session"*
Compare that with the success rates of the other methods:
24% - Acupuncture
10% - Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), Patches, Chewing Gum
6% - Willpower alone
It's clear Hypnosis is more effective than any other method, but that still leaves upto 40% of people who don't quit... So is there anything else we can do to improve the odds even further?
The answer I've found is to combine multiple sessions of hypnotherapy.
By combining multiple sessions of effective modern hypnotherapy with the principles of behavioural profiling, we can confidently push those results even higher, and that's why I'm happy to offer you:

This unique program is truly a revolution within the world of hypnosis. Gone are all the antiquated rituals of traditional hypnosis. Replaced by up-to-date clinical hypnosis techniques that have proved time and again to be successful with helping people to quit smoking and remain a non-smoker for good.
The three steps of the program are:
1. Preparation: To guarantee you start from the right place, you'll be given you all of the materials you'll need to prepare for quitting smoking. Over the following week, you'll be asked to carry out a number of simple tasks, one of which is to prepare a list of all of the times where you would normally have a cigarette.
2. Hypnotic Treatment: Armed with this important information, I'll then be able to identify all of the triggers and reasons for your smoking, and with the help of hypnosis, I aim to completely disable any desire for having a cigarette. What's more you'll have a hypnotic 'Craving Buster' built right into the treatment, helping to make any cravings you may have had a thing of the past and taking you that step closer to becoming a non-smoker.
3. Comprehensive Aftercare Support: To ensure you remain a non-smoker, not just for the next few weeks, but right into the future, I provide one-year's worth of free support for your decision. This means that at any time after you've quit, if you have any doubts whatsoever, simply pick up the phone and you'll receive all the support and if necessary, free hypnotic treatments to keep you on the right track as a committed non-smoker.

"I’d always thought I’d be able to stop smoking on my own. But whenever I tried giving up, I just started again. It was about then when I realized I had no will power.
Then a friend of mine suggested hypnotherapy and so I was having a look on the internet, just doing a general search, and you were quite close to where I live. I liked the layout of your website, and how it was detailed, so I gave you a call to pursue it further.
I had no expectations of what it would entail, what the object was. But you made me feel at ease straight away, and I just felt very comfortable, and reassured.
You explained everything, there was no pressure to do anything that I didn’t want to do, I knew every step that we were going towards, and I felt very good about the whole session.
Once you left I felt really positive, and I felt really good, and the main benefit is that I stopped smoking and with no temptation at all, I didn’t even think about it. It’s given me a little bit of a confidence boost knowing that I can do it, I feel more positive, and I’ve noticed that there’s been more of a spring in my step so to speak.
So yes, I’d absolutely recommend you. I’ve got a friend at the weekend she was asking me loads of questions about it, and I said I’ve got the number if you want to go down that road. I’m definitely spreading the word.
So thank you. It’s brilliant, I still can’t quite get over the fact that I used to stand outside in the rain, and now I’m here, and it’s a whole different me. It’s good.
Thank you so much again Paul. I appreciate it. Thank you."
“I wanted to give up smoking because it had taken over my life and I was worried about my health, and the fact that I’m moving house and starting a new life, I thought it was a good opportunity to stop making excuses and do it once and for all.
So I looked on the internet, and spoke with someone else and then another lady who was local and then I spoke to you. I liked the fact that you were local, and I kind of trusted you when I talked to you. You explained everything well and you were quite calming on the phone, plus I wanted to get it done and you were kind enough to see my quite quickly.
During the session I was a little bit apprehensive, but you did exactly what you said you would do. You were very good at finding out more about me and explaining everything. You didn’t rush it.
It was a completely new experience, and you made me feel relaxed and quite calm and sort of methodical in my thoughts. It made me stop and slow down I think.
Not only did you fix my problem, you trained my subconscious to not smoke anymore, and to re-educate me.
The truth is, I could have gone on with smoking forever, but now I don’t smoke. I haven’t even given it a second thought.
At the end of the day you did the job that you set out to do. You were very calming and professional and I trusted you. I was very comfortable.
So thanks very much Paul, I really appreciate that. Take care.”
